About The Chocolate

I have chosen a responsible chocolate that is from 100% traceable cocoa beans, 100% sustainable and sourced directly from cocoa farm producers. This small batch features the Recipe N° 811, a fine Belgian dark chocolate couverture from Callebaut and the Valrhona Jivara Grands Crus milk chocolate couverture from one of France’s most renowned chocolatiers.
