About The Journey

It all started out with a challenge from my brother. He pointed to a picture of a beautiful, shiny chocolate bonbon and asked me if I could make something like that. I was intrigued and told him ‘I dunno, but I’m gonna try!’ so thank you brother, for sending me on this amazing chocolate journey!

It has definitely been a lot of work, research, buying all the necessary equipment and much trial and error. I have had to create my own recipes and try out several different flavors. There are so many steps that it is easy to get one thing wrong and for it to all fall apart quickly. But with some time and patience, I got to produce these 5 different flavors for this first batch and I really hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
